Luc chuckled as he disposed of the condom and pulled her down intending to deliver a long sloppy kiss but he’d momentarily forgotten his injury and the movement caused him to catch his breath as his poor abused ribs protested. Livvy quickly slipped off him and flopped onto the soft duvet looking clearly dismayed at his discomfort. “It’s fine honestly Livs. Come on - turn over.”

Livvy sighed at his stubbornness but did as she was told nevertheless wriggling on to her tummy and resting her head on her arms. She knew what was coming and it was too delicious to pass up; Luc often cherished her in this way after sex, no matter how hard they’d gone at each other.

Luc moved Livvy’s hair to the opposite side of her head and gently brushed the downy nape of her neck with his fingertips. He continued his feather light caresses up and down her back; across her buttocks and down her thighs lingering on the backs of her knees where he knew Livvy was ultra sensitive and true to form she shivered at his touch. He chuckled at her predictable response and found that he quite liked that he knew that about her. Gently trailing his hands up the inside of her thighs he lingered on the darker recesses of her body taunting her but then resumed his journey tapping and stroking her delicious peachy globes. He kissed each cheek and nuzzled her lovely bum and continued to pet her until cute little snuffly sounds indicated that Livvy had dozed off.

Luc relaxed back into the mattress feeling happy despite the soreness in his upper body. He allowed himself a glimmer of hope that this was how he would be spending a great deal of his time in the future when an image of Joe Mason popped into his mind. Luc shook his head to clear it sending tufts of blond hair into orbit, but all he could think of was how it felt when Joe had him fought him. Luc was a strapping lad; he worked out with weights and went running on a regular basis but Joe’s physical strength was on another level entirely. The man was ridiculously powerful and Luc shuddered as he recalled what it had been like to be on the receiving end of Joe’s ire. More worryingly was that in the few days he’d spent at Rachel and Joe’s house, Joe had not once apologised or tried to discuss with Luc why he had reacted so violently although he was acting a lot friendlier towards him for sure. His actions definitely spoke louder than his words and Luc knew this to be Joe Mason’s way, yet he was rather hoping for a proper chat to try and move forward. Luc fell asleep with the resolve to seek Joe out once he had returned from his honeymoon and force him into an apology or at the very least an explanation.
